The attached is the recent publication by the Heritage Foundation. It’s a playbook called “Project 2025” and is geared for the next conservative US President.

Type in “loan” and you’ll get over 200 references. However, it’s the first reference we’ll need to show as it uses student debt. But look at the spin to ‘fight’ Marxism. Page 15 into 16.

As far as Marxism, in this document, it’s mentioned 5 times.

First on Page 14, then 15 and leads into the above reference about student debt.
