Note: Anti Fed Ed Warriors, if you missed the first or second installments of this important and time sensitive series, I’ve provided the links in the closing portion.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, the image you see above is from my archives and was detailing what the true purpose of e-Health in schools was all about. It was also a way to increase STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) in our schools. HR 2, the Moving Forward Act, takes this tactic and increases it considerably. HR 2 also increases federal overreach in the entire healthcare system, right down to its innermost programs.
In this article I will be covering much about the healthcare system changes to be made IF HR 2 is to become law. It is my hope that enough of us, as activists, will demand the Senate to kill HR 2 in its tracks.
Healthcare In HR 2:
Warriors, ‘health’ appears 255 times in the language of HR 2. You can find it most certainly with all that’s attached to COVID-19 post-recovery, as well as in the sections on transportation. After all, the entire purpose of the Bill was to supposedly update all the U.S. highways and transportation systems. However, as you can find out in Parts 1 and 2 of this series, that’s a flat out lie.
You can also find HR 2’s health changes relate to Lifeline, Medicaid, and, SNAP and will create a new agency program to handle all the data. So, what are Lifeline, Medicaid, and, SNAP to education? Lifeline is the government funded telephone service program for low-income citizens. Many of these people have children in schools. According to the Lifeline website, all kinds of data is collected from this service. As we know, Warriors, once your phone tracks you, especially on the school assigned devices, you can be tracked anywhere. Low income families are also key to education funding in your community, State, and, at the federal level.
Medicaid, as we’ve learned is ‘all over’ education, thanks to ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). Anita Hoge has done so much research into how mental health care has been bastardized by our federal and State governments. She and I have worked behind the scenes together, along with other Anti Fed Ed Warriors, to expose the repurposed funding embedded in Title One funds to turn our public schools into quasi-hospitals with partial healthcare licenses. This is why so many children are being subjected to Response to Intervention, Multi-Tiered Support Systems, and Behavior Interventions. It’s also the reason we have so much SEL (social emotional learning) in our communities, too. (*Note: the ‘med-u-cation’ term came about as a result of some of the teamwork exposing the blending of healthcare and education.)
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) funds are also for low-income citizens. Many of these people also have school children. SNAP funds were also embedded in the ESSA and are used in schools now. In 2018, I wrote about the (then HR 2, the Agriculture Act of 2018) SNAP/ESSA connections.
If you’ve never visited Child Abuse in the Classroom’s website, I urge to look NOW. Why now? Because the ‘med-u-cation’ contained in HR 2, will expand ALL of this and ADD more to what we have now!
From Page 385 of the Moving Forward Act (HR 2):
Warriors, before you get to Page 385 where you see the government’s justification for updates is overall public health, you can find this attitude repeated. Pages 172, 186, and 196 are where to look. Sections 34101-34106 lay out all the people centered healthcare. Wildlife healthcare is also embedded in HR 2. One Page 1301, you can see that $500 million is ear-marked for public health disparities due to emissions implementations.
On Page 279 ‘Safe Routes to School’ will include special needs children and approach healthcare as biking or walking are best for you, but not driving. While HR 2 funds this kind of program, ESSA has funding for Safe Schools, too. Student sessions for health-related projects for biking/walking. Another justification from Congress is that by improving all the roads and highways, and, other transportation systems, access to quality education, healthcare, child care, and, work cannot be denied to anyone. Congress also embedded citizen incentives for transportation so they can access education, health care, child care, and, work! ESSA also incentivized to/from schools and all connecting related services. (*Note: because of all the government overreaches in this area, look for zoning changes in your communities.)
Below, is a small chart I made to show you some of the overreaches from healthcare into education:
Maybe you’re looking and asking, “I don’t see education spelled out, where is it?” First, off, Warriors, healthcare is automatically involved in education, thanks to ESSA (see earlier in this article). Secondly, ANYTIME you see ‘outcomes’ in a government plan or program, it’s not about your personal choice for what you want, it’s the GOVERNMENT’S mold you must fit. We also need to remember, that much about healthcare falls into the biometrics categories and schools/school related services collect those. Privacy is ALWAYS involved, or lack of.
Page 1196 discuss post-COVID-19 changes which include our civil and personal liberties!
Also relevant our our civil and personal liberties, on Page 1200, look for the U.S. Dept. of HHS to use public health experts (as deemed ‘expert’ by the Sec. of HHS) with civil and personal liberties organizations (deemed by the Homeland Security) to help establish a new federal level Joint Task Force. In the pages before 1200, read how this Task Force will decide for us about travel, post-COVID-19. (*Note: as I stated in Part 2, I am not saying COVID-19 is not real or that we shouldn’t be safe, but consider almost every member of the Task Force is from federal agencies which are 100% unconstitutional!) While this may not sound too awful, Warriors, consider that Page 1192 shows $5 million for climate change in our travels.
While we may not want our students to use drugs (illegal or where marijuana is legal), HR 2 will use CDC data and Health Depts to collect and cross match data to control this. Page 1459 shows $80 billion for updated broadband to connect healthcare for drug interventions. Back on Page 792, you’ll see an impaired driver study for marijuana.
If you really want a bit of comic relief, go to Page 1329 and read Congress’s sense when it comes to digital access and internet connections. They actually state how NOT having these can damage your health and having both is critical to your well being! Can you see the thinly veiled agenda, here?
Warriors, on Page 1584, look to see that EVERY single water fountain in ALL public locations will be replaced. Any
fountain made BEFORE 1988 has to go. The cost? At least $5 million per year from FY 2021 to FY 2025.
Below is another chart where you can see that what is laid out on Page 2080 (to increase the use of schools as community health care center hubs) ‘coming to life’ in several ways:

In Part Four, Warriors, I’ll show you the OTHER scary plans Congress and the Special Interest Groups have embedded in HR 2 for MORE United Nations SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) actions.
