Anti Fed Ed Warriors: we know ‘sex’ sells. It’s been used down through the ages to entice men and women. Sometimes in appropriate ways and for appropriate situations. However, turn on any media source and sooner or later, ‘sex’ is being used to promote a product.
As we know, ‘sex’ doesn’t simply mean I’m a woman or I’m a man, anymore. The CCSS Machine has joined the watering down and cheapening of sex and manipulated it into sexuality. This isn’t new news. We’ve seen the news and read how parents are fed up with the over-sexing of their children in educational resources. We’ve seen the federal government join in, too. Bill after bill, law upon law, and our taxpayer dollars used to fund it all.
If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know that I’ve shared with you how truly awful the Congressional foray into sex and education has been. Yet, it continues. Unchallenged and no criminal charges (which are especially appropriate) filed against these grown men and women who claim to represent US while they solicit education to entice our children. As far as the Congressional aspect of sexuality? That’s absolutely unconstitutional, ESPECIALLY in education.
It’s pretty easy to trace the sexuality roots in education in the CCSS Machine, but what about our federal government? While sexual deviation in DC is hardly new, the fact that caucuses FOR sexuality is relatively new and rolled out about the time Common Core came into our nation.
These caucuses are filled with men and women who are either in the LGBT+ community OR are supportive of changing American laws in favor of global agendas. In fact, the Senate recognized the 15th anniversary of the Senate’s GLASS Caucus in the first portion of the 116th Session.
Warriors, while our U.S. Constitution is set so that EVERYONE has rights, sex and sexuality weren’t specifically written in. WHY? It’s not the government’s business! It’s not the federal government’s business, the State’s business, the local town’s business! Sex and sexuality are supposed to be kept OUT of government rules, interventions, or, even, funding.
BUT THAT’S ALL CHANGING! Keep reading to find out HOW!
(*Note: many groups (like this one) are researching the constitutionality for LGBT+. In the link, you’ll find many State cases and instances involving the U.S. Supreme Court.
When the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. the Boad of Education happened, this CO case was reviewed. It showed that the Constitution was enough to protect the LGBTQ+ citizens and that State amendments only added confusion. It also suggested that State amendments could be a bigger violation of the Constitution than the rights trying to be protected.)
So, what’s my point? Warriors, is it possible that the 116th Congress is so out of control that it’s willing to draft and pass bills to be signed as laws which also are in bigger violations of the Constitution?! Especially concerning sexuality and LGBTQ+ rights?! Absolutely..and Brown vs Board of Education appears to be part of the ‘blueprint’.
Warriors, if you cannot see the current Congressional bills in the image above, they are:
HR 2720 and S 1524 (Real Education for Healthy Youth Act; REHYA) These ‘twins’ have been recycled, now for the 3rd time, that I can find. When I wrote about the REHYA in 2018, I showed you how Congress was seeking to expand CSE (Comprehensive Sexuality Education) and SEL (Social Emotional Learning). These would have also ramped up massive student data mining. Has anything changed in the 116th’s versions?
Very little. Even the same main sponsors from the House and Senate are the same!
The financial cost? At least $75 million per year, for the next 5 years. The bulk of the money will go toward adolescent youth (at least 10 years old). That’s 50% of $75 million. Then, 25% of the $75 million per year will go to higher education institutions. (Remember, these serve teens who are in dual enrollment or early college centers AS well as all ages of adults.) Of the remaining money, 20% to teachers to be trained in government approved, evidence based CSE which aligns to UN (United Nations) and humanistic values, not personal family beliefs or morals. The last 5% of funds will be used to either ASSESS families and communities in LGBTQ+/CSE services and quality, or, data mining to exploit personal private and sexual information (aka: data) by the U.S. Dept. of Education and the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. Digital learning has been added to HR 2720, as well.
Below is an emphasized screen shot of HR 2720.
S 1964/ HR 3513 (Patsy Mink /Louise Slaughter Gender Equity in Education Act) These recycled twin bills (were introduced in the previous Congress, 115th). When I wrote about this pair in 2018, I showed you how K-adult students would be impacted. How Title 9 funding would be used, and how STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) were the main focus. Very little of the 116th version varies from the 115th’s. The price tag?
At least $80 million per year, for the next 5 years.
(*Note: in the 2018 article, there’s a broken link to the AAUW, American Assoc. of University Women. I was pointing you to their massive STEM agenda. As we know, the CCSS Machine and STEM are united. Here’s a newer link for your research.)
HR 2775/ S 1073 (Protecting LGBTQ Youth Act) These ‘identical twin’ bills will amend the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act for LGBTQ+ and their families. Sounds great, right? More ‘protection’ for families. Warriors, the federal government included more family data snooping and collection, as well as using P3 (public private partnerships) services to walk along families. This isn’t about protection..it’s about overreaching into family business, while using the LGBTQ+ platform as justification! To date, neither Bill mentions the price tag cost for taxpayers.
There are other bills in Congress for the LGBTQ+ Americans. Like the LGBTQ Data Inclusion Act (HR 3509/S 1980), which increase the federal data footprint for all ages. Then, there’s HR 3280 (LGBTQ+ Essential Data Act), this Bill has 80 co-sponsors, a price tag of $25 million AND will use data collection for DECEASED gender identified/sexual orientation victims.
If you look at the Congressional Record, these Americans have been recognized at least 500 times. Committee Reports show Congress is using every type of basic human need (food, clothing, shelter) to incorporate MORE than what’s constitutional.
It’s all being done in the name of equality, social justice, and human rights. All of which are more United Nations than U.S. Government!
The image below is from my “Uncomfortable Truth” archived article. In that, you learned that the CSE (Comprehensive Sexuality Education) is coming from the United Nations in their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). The CSE is what so many parents are outraged over and that Congress is expanding!
The LGBTQ+ Politicial Powers:
Warriors, if you look at the few Bills I’ve highlighted, you’ll see that by and large, the Democrats are sponsoring these bills. HOWEVER, you’d be wrong to stop there and think the Republicans are lily white and driven pure as the snow.
BOTH major parties are not only supportive, they aren’t hiding. So what’s the ‘power’? Like all of us know, it’s money and who-do-you-know.
For example, Open Secrets.org cites the biggest PAC (Political Action Committee) is called the Victory PAC. It’s also known as the LGBTQ Victory PAC.
Look a bit further, and you can find the Log Cabin Republicans. Conservative LGBTQ+ citizens and/or allies. They, too, believe that to have full rights as LGBTQ+ citizens goes hand in hand with small government.
Here’s a 2013 Research paper from a TN College Student on the power of PACS for LGBTQ+ supporters.
How does the bi-partisan effort in DC align with the UN’s Sexuality Equality mantras? Before that’s answered, look below.
The U.S. has voted for at least 3 U.N. Resolutions on gender identity and expressions. So, there’s one clue to our answer. Another is the Out Right Action International group which works out of the U.N. office in New York City.
Another part of the answer as to why we’re seeing SO much Congressional and federal government adherence to global LGBTQ+ activities would be the Yogyakarta Principles (2006) and their updates in 2017. Of the 38 Principles, education is embedded in 18 of them. In fact, education has its’ own set of Principles. Below is the 2017 update. Note the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) direction all education must go to. You also need to know the YPs (as they are called, embed the SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals), too.
Warriors, how did the USA get involved with the YPs? Back in 2006, a professor from Columbia University (a CCSS Machine member group) represented our nation and signed the agreement. The name of the professor is Alice M. Miller (she’s since moved away from Columbia). To understand why she represented America, read her 2000 publication for Harvard (another CCSS Machine member group).
Closing:
Warriors, I don’t know about you, but it’s very troubling to see that Congress is using yet another section of our society as an excuse to ramp up the overreaching national activities (like education) which herd us all in. We shouldn’t be so keen on labeling each other anyway. We’re humans, first and foremost. Made wonderfully in God’s image. Next, we’re American citizens. Plain and simple. None of us is sin free, nor, should we cast out judgement.
We don’t really need the calling out of every single section of the population. Why not? Look at history. Every time a certain group of American citizens is hyper-focused on, more government mandates, more government red tape, and, less freedoms for EVERYONE. Sex or sexuality isn’t even the point.
It’s control. Education? That’s an afterthought.
