Anti Fed Ed Warriors, recently, the CMC (Centers for Medicaid/CHIP, Children’s Health Insurance Program) sent out a letter to State Directors for Health/Human Services. In the letter? All kinds of updates for NEW behavior screenings for children. In late 2019, I gave you the updates from CHIP and the CMC. However, all that’s about to change.
Why updates in behavior screenings using CHIP funds? The 2018 SUPPORT Act (‘‘Substance
Use–Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act’’)
Section 5022 of the SUPPORT Act is where you can find the mandate.
Warriors, Section 5022 (Page 3964) isn’t the only place the mental health overreaches for early childhood to adult data tracking and ‘micromanaging’. It’s woven throughout the SUPPORT Act.
Page 3904, brings up education expanding for providers of mental and behavioral health.
Page 3917, Section 1009, brings up school based mental health/behavior health via telemedicine.
Page 3985 (Subtitle F), begins the REACH Out Act (Responsible Education Achieves Care and Healthy Outcomes)
Related to REACH Out are grants for trauma (aka: ACEs, Adverse Childhood Experiences) and mental health for education.
Page 4000, uses ‘best practices’ as an educational tool in behavior health.
Page 4004 (Subtitle K), Regional Sustance Abuse Centers of Excellence. It’s in Section 7022, you’ll find the first of many references to the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Secretary.
Page 4026, mentions early childhood education.
Page 4032, brings up health care education for a health care workforce.
Page 4034, supposedly defines who’s qualified to offer mental health care.
Page 4038, in Section 1701 brings up accredited education entities to be involved in mental/behavioral health.
Pages 4039, 4040, and, 4041 mention the U.S. Secretary of Education, especially for doling out grants for mentalh/behavioral health. On Page 4040, you’ll also see the WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) mentioned. This means CTE (Career Tech Education and STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math).
Page 4042, states all this is in the name of the student’s well being.
Page 4046 (Subtitle N, Section 7131) begins the Trauma Informed Care. In this you’ll see the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) plan for massive data collection on our children via the Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance System and the Youth Risk Factor Surveillance System.
Page 4047, the U.S.Dept. of Education is mentioned 9 times. This page also begins Section 7132 or the Best Practices Trauma Task Force. Because education is woven in, this means LEAs (Local education agencies), SEAs (State Education Agencies), IDEA funds (special needs), Native American funding (tribal schools), the ESEA/ESSA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act/Every Student Succeeds Act), and the HEA (Higher Education Act) are also present.
Page 4048, describes the Task Force duties. Be sure to read them.
Page 4049, states schools are a front line of defense against mental and behavioral health issues. As such, more P3s (Public-Private Partnerships) are needed.
Page 4050, those P3s are vital for ECE (Early Childhood Education). This theme is realted to Page 4055 where ACEs in ECE can be prevented in school based settings.
Page 4051, gives grants for ACEs in school/education settings.
Page 4052, Full Service Community Schools can be utilized for wrap around services in mental and behavioral health.
Page 4053, the Early Head Start program is mentioned as a key ‘player’.
Page 4055, the price tag of these grants: $50 million for FY (Fiscal Years) 2019-2023.
Page 4057, Peer Support Communities of Recovery will use schools as facilities.
That’s Not ALL the Educratic Overreaching:
Warriors, in that 2019 article (about the CHIP/CMC updates) I showed you Kaiser Permanente and a report called “Bright Futures”. Bright Futures is from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
That article also showed how all this is working toward the UN (United Nations) Comprehensive Mental Health Plan. (*Note: In the recent Letter to the State Directors of HHS, the American Acad. of Pediatrics and Bright Futures was also mentioned.)
In the image near the top of this article, you saw MACPAC (Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission). This large Commission gets to decide how long-term funding for these programs can continue to your State. One of the Commissioners is from Kaiser Permanente.
But, wait, there’s another group involved in quest to wipe out ACEs for kids in schools. I found the Bezos Family Foundation in an email link I was sent by a CCSS Machine Group. If you don’t know the Bezoses, you know Amazon. Amazon is a Bezos company. (*Note: If you look through the slides, you’ll see other groups mentioned.)
If you’ve not seen the Mind in the Making Initiative of the Bezos Family Foundation, go here. Below is a emphasized screen shot from the slides. Be sure to open in a new tab to enlarge it.
To see the JPB Foundation, go here. To learn about the HOPE Initiative out of Tufts University, go here.
To see the ‘groundbreaking ACE Study’ which inspired Dr. Sege to create HOPE, that’s here. To see the UN led STEM at Tufts, go here.
Here’s a Report about the HOPE Initiative that can be tied back to the original ACEs Study by the CDC and Kaiser Permanente.
That Study has sparked a Resilience Movement across America. I wrote about that in 2018. The update on the DC led ACEs overreaches tied to resilience was in December 2019.
Closing:
Warriors, I hope you understand that while I know we need good mental health services, I do not support their presence in education at the hands of the Globalist CCSS Machine. I also resent our federal government meddling where it has no legal or moral right to do so. Look at the ways all this SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) is heading..straight to the UN! Add to that the fact many who are not mental health professionals will be involved in all these behavioral and mental health activities.
