Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I hope you learned quite a bit about the educratic plans the FY 2021 Presidential Budget Requests held. In Part One, you saw that $66.6 billion (that’s taxpayer dollars) has been tagged just for the U.S. Dept. of Education ALONE. However, I also showed you education overreaches from other federal agencies as well.
It’s not new information that every federal agency has the power to interfere with education. It’s absolutely wrong and unconstitutional, but it happens.
Where we left off in Part One was ‘skill based education’. That’s where we’ll start Part Two.
Warriors, as you can see from the emphasized image above, “Jobs” and “Skills” are in the “Budget for America’s Future” a combined total of 43 times. While both these terms are sprinkled throughout the over 100 pages of how the President is requesting Congress to approve, you’ll find this on Page 41, in the U.S. Dept. of Education’s portion:
So, what’s wrong with using $950 million to streamline 3 major U. S. Dept. of Education programs? When they tie directly to the CCSS Machine’s College/Career Readiness (aka; Common Core State Standards), everything’s wrong about it!!
Where Else the “Jobs/Skills” Can Be Found:
Pages 2, 10 connected to the USMCA (US-Mexico-Canada Agreement) for ‘better trade deals’
Page 3 for ‘more energy jobs’ (aka: Green jobs/green collar jobs)
Page 5 jobs must meet the ‘changing labor market’/Budget Requests create ‘additional pathways to jobs for today and tomorrow’/close the ‘skills gap’/retools JfF (Jobs for the Future). JfF is also in the CTE/STEM (Career Tech Education/Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math ‘learn to earn’ scheme.
Page 6 under the “America First Agenda”. Combines with the 4 pillar of national power (economic competition, national security, fair and free trade, and, foreign partnerships).
Page 23, in the “More Responsive Government” section, federal workforce especially in cybersecurity.
Page 28, in the U. S. Dept. of Agriculture, ‘forest jobs’ (under USMCA, the next 3 will be kowtowing to the UN’s SDGs (United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals)
Page 29, in the U. S. Dept. of Commerce, ‘5G/AI/Technical jobs’
Page 73, in the U. S. Dept. of Labor, “USMCA better jobs” (*Note: read the ‘exporter’ paragraph, then the finance paragraph directly below on Page 76; trouble is definitely brewing)
Page 77, in the U. S. Dept. of State, read the IT/Border paragraph. Under USMCA, this will be key to not only education and jobs, but immigration. Again, all under the UN’s SDGs.
Page 81, in the U. S. Dept. of Transportation, Surface Transportation Block Grants to ‘support the economy and jobs’.
Page 102, in the NASA section, national tech jobs in STEM.
Page 106, in the SBA section, microborrowers and microloans to spur economic growth. (*Note: under USMCA, small businesses will also be lumped in with the gov’t/corporate kowtowing to UN’s SDGs.)
Warriors, look below, this is Pages 71 and 72:
If you missed how the Executive Order to Expand Apprenticeships is a bad thing for education, please read my previously published article.
Is Globalism In The FY 2021 Document?
Warriors, absolutely! If the facts weren’t already pointing to the globalism associated with the USMCA, look at the other mentions of ‘global’ in the FY 2021 Presidential Budget Requests.
If you cannot read the screen shot, open in a new tab and enlarge. I’ve put the page numbers and topics there for you in one easy location. Now, contrast all that, as well as everything else I’ve shared over the years about the global march to global workforce education, with the President’s words from Page 77:
“We resolve that the future of the Western Hemisphere will not be written by socialists and tyrants, but by liberty-loving patriots. Our great destiny is to become the first fully free hemisphere in human history.”

What About Mental Health In The FY 2021 Budget Requests?
Yes, Warriors, there are 12 references to mental health from a federal level. (*Note:This will also tie into the USMCA’s public health overreaches. In that Agreement, Chapter 20 addresses Intellectual Private Property. Yet, public health and nutrition will be up to a hand picked REGIONAL Commission to direct public health formulas, regulations, laws for ‘public interest in their socioeconomics and technology development.’)
In the FY 2021 Requests for Mental Health,
Page 50 seek $225 million to expand Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics. Currently, 8 States has these Clinics. The States are MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OK, OR, and PA. The Clinics are allowed to partner with schools and recieve Medicaid funding. As we know, this includes PBIS, MTSS, SEL and other behavior and mental health manipulations. (*Note PBIS, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports; MTSS, Multi Tiered System of Support; SEL, Social Emotional Learning). Also on Page 50, $125 million for schools to identify mental health issues. This will also involve Medicaid funding. Add to all this and, from Page 50, $25 million for access to mental health services for the homeless. Lastly, Medicaid’s Institutes for Mental Diseases will be modified in what’s excluded/included.
(Warriors, with schools becoming wrap around service hubs for the community, this is where you’ll see more activity.)
Page 57, $80 million to DHSs (Dept. of Health Services) for community-wide, national initiatives. These supposedly are to target terrorism and violence, but will involve partnerships between law enforcment (all levels) and mental health professionals. FEMA will have $407 in ‘resilience’ grants.
Page 68, U. S. Dept. of Justice would receive $150 million in the STOP Schools Program. They’d also receive $33 million more for mental health collaborations. (*Note: Look for this to show up in ‘school safety’ areas.)
Tied to education, on Page 116 in Table S-6, you’ll find Medicaid and CHIP funding, as well as Extending Mental Health Community Services.
What Will Johnny And Suzy ‘Learn’?
Warriors, believe it or not, ‘learn’ actually is embedded in the FY 2021 Document, 14 times.
To access the Federal Data Strategy 2020 Plan, go here.
You can also find ‘learn’:
Page 26 (U. S. Dept.of Agriculture) for distance learning and telemedicine, as well as reforming Food Stamps for Work.
Page 30 (U. S. Dept. of Commerce) a President Trump quote, “Secure 5G networks will absolutely be a
vital link to America’s prosperity and national security in the 21st Century. 5G will be as much as 100 times faster than the current 4G cellular networks. It will transform the way our citizens work, learn, communicate, and travel. It will make American farms more productive, American manufacturing more competitive, and American healthcare better and more accessible. Basically, it covers almost everything, when you get right down to it. Pretty amazing.”

Page 44 (U. S. Dept. of Energy) AI machine learning, $125 million
Page 53 (U. S. Dept. of Health/Human Services) early learning would get a one time $1 billion for States in Early Head Start, Head Start, and CDBGs (Child Development Block Grants). All of which are in the CCSS Machine.
Closing:
Warriors, I urge you to look at this article and Part One again. Go back and comb through the FY 2021 Presidential Budget Requests. The Federal Agencies will be releasing their Budgets based OFF this one. Congress has yet to approve the President’s Requests. We have time to contact our Congress members and urge them to say “NO”.
