Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in this, the 6th installment of my series on workforce development (aka workforce education), I wanted to bring you the words and purposes of Congress.
After all, it was the entire Senate which declared Sept. 2019 as Workforce Development month. If you think the House is ‘lily white and pure’ on this issue, think again. The entire House has also backed workforce development embedded in education.
With some local elections happening in the next couple of months, it’s important to know what their federal counterparts are saying. Why? With the federal-to-state funding streams, it’s vital. Most of the time, the local level officials align with the federal officials. It’s not an accident!
So, what does the U.S. Senate HELP (Health, Education, Labor, and, Pensions) Committee think about ‘workforce development’? See for yourselves:
(Source, emphasis added is mine)
What does the US House of Representatives’ Committee on Education and Labor say?
Their statements are a bit harder to find because the main committee has placed ‘workforce development’ in a sub-committee. However, look at the main committee’s agenda in plain sight:
(Source, added emphasis is mine)
You can clearly see the subcommittees’ views on their ‘jurisdiction’ in education and labor (Both are unconstitutional as BOTH the U.S. Dept. of Education and U.S. Dept. of Labor are violations of the U.S. Constitution AND federal laws!) There should be ZERO Congressional jurisdiction of EITHER education OR labor!!
(Source, to see the entire page of jurisdictions for both the main committee and all the subs, be sure to visit the site. Emphasis added is mine.)
Warriors, if and when you visit either the Senate’s HELP Committee or the House’s Education and Labor Committee, be sure to look at the bipartisan efforts. Members of all these come from ‘both sides of the aisle’.
We CANNOT and SHOULD NOT blame one party. This ‘global-to-federal-to-state-to-you’ workforce agenda is at the hands and feet of BOTH major parties as well as the minor parties. The wallets of the CCSS Machine have locked this in 100%!
Closing:
Warriors, on an old episode (Season 2, episode 6) of the “Good Wife” it was stated ‘make truth appear as a lie’. The context was how to hurt someone without reproach.
From my researched view, I’d say that our Congress should all be run out of office.
Why? They’ve made overreaches in education and labor into almost an art form.
We CANNOT and SHOULD NOT continue to give our votes to these officials.
