Within the pages of this book, education is included. I’ll get to that, but first, look at the accompanying illustration from “5,000”:

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, will the eagle shift more to the left before the CCSS Machine’s ruinous march is complete?! Notice, there’s not a lot of room left on the page for movement. However, as we’re seeing, movement IS a daily event. Why would I show you this information before I address the title “Brains and Agenda”? It’s important to SEE America’s foundation to understand the shift of the agenda we’re seeing not only in education, but our country.
Did you notice that the illustration directly above shows the overreaching down to the personal and family level? That’s part of the current agenda, Warriors!
ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) is a huge tool to help shift the movement ‘down’ to this level. By shifting the agenda, the access to our families is more intrusive.
We’ve seen lots of ways this is playing out already, BUT, more is on the way. Before I get to the latest overreaches in education, take a few notes from the “5,000 Year Leap”.
The Education Idea Got Started:
Warriors, according to the “5,000 Year Leap” education as our former leaders saw it was to be part of the informed general society. If you’re not familiar with this classic book, it lays out the 28 Principles behind our freedoms, liberties, and, rights as Americans. It ties directly to the U.S. Constitution. It totally erases the fallacy that the Constitution is no longer applicable to Americans in 2018.
Education fits within the 23rd Principle (Free Society Survival). Look below and you’ll see the visual summary of WHY education was seen as imperative for America’s foundation and continued existence:

Warriors, in other words, education is key to our survival as a FREE America! The CCSS Machine’s reform has used education as a weapon against us..for years! The education we desperately need our children to have has been siphoned off to mere dribble. Education, in the CCSS Machine’s system is NOT freedom extending, it’s conformity binding! The Shift Has Made It To Our Brains:
Warriors, you know back in April of this year (2018) I saw an education documentary which has sparked much movement among the Warriors Against the Core.
It should, the documentary is pure agenda..and it’s shifting daily to impact as many citizen’s brains as possible. By now, I hope you’ve seen my two Facebook live videos detailing what I saw; what others have seen as well surrounding this documentary. I hope you’ve been able to access my articles (both here and on Patriot Institute) about the ESSA/CCSS Machine grab for our student’s mental health.
Remember, Warriors, the mental health overreach by our government is not reserved for K-12, it’s for everyone. The more controlled and conformed we become, the more that shift to tyranny is boosted.
In my latest article, Mary Poppins Complex, I showed a plethora of evidence from not only NC (where I live), but how similar is being found in your States. In that article, you’ll see how the agenda organized shift is playing out via ESSA. You’ll also see, below, how long standing legislation (again as found in NC) will feed right into the ‘brain drain’ we see in SEL (Social Emotional Learning). SEL was a huge mandate in ESSA, too.
In other words, Warriors, the SEL shift is supporting those moves to tyranny, not balance.

Warriors, you may be seeing a similar bill pop up in your State. What’s the agenda behind HB 933? Increasing the school psychologist population to not only mental health management, BUT, SEL alignment! A bill like HB 933 increases the P3s (public private partnerships) in our schools, too. Bills like HB 933 will combine medical funding streams with education funding streams.
In other words, education is becoming more about mental health management than academics! As the documentary, which started all this, put it, it’s necessary because that’s where 85% of the American population can be accessed!

From my blog archives, how the NASP (National Assoc. of School Psychologists) was (and still is) caught up in the CCSS Machine’s school/mental health overreach.
Warriors, do you see where NC’s HB 933 has this type of activity in education ‘hidden’ under? “School Safety”! Go back to the “Mary Poppins” article to get the document from the NC General Assembly’s School Safety Committee. Do you see where the Bill has been referred to? “Health”. I was able to find a long standing NC General Statute for Mental Health. You should look in your State for this, too.
Warriors, from this State Statute, and my list below, you can hopefully understand the basis for WHY mental health grabs via ESSA and HB 933 will come to fruition.
*Gen. Statute section 122C-81 shows NC must meet Mental Health National Benchmarks. This will overreach into education via Medicaid funding and education waivers.
*Line 13c (and those immediately following) of 122C lay out the eligibility of infants and toddlers. On 13d, you see the psychologists who qualify for these little ones. Again, Medicaid funding will usher this in. More mental health labels will increase the amount of money schools and day care centers receive.
*Pre-K Students are included in the mental health labels via Art. 9, of the NC Gen. Statute 115C (115C is the education section for all education in NC). This ushers in an agreement to assess children as young as 3 years old between NC’s HHS (Health and Human Services) and the State Board of Education.
*122C-231, item G2, allows the NC Dept. of Public Instruction to become involved in mental health activities.
*122C-113, item B1, interventions and treatments for non-school programs and in-school identification. Involves education and interventions, including ‘student assistance’.
*122C-142.1, item BC ‘school treatment’ (after being assessed for suspected substance abuse). Item BD, education curriculum and standards are established by a Commission. That Commission includes the NC DPI, NC HHS, Juvenile Justice, Adult Corrections, Public Safety, and the NC State Board of Education.
*122C-450, education services in private psychiatric residential facilities will tie back to GS 115C-106.(l). This means a child receiving mental health services will get NC DPI approved instruction, tests, curriculum, etc.
*122C-451, education services must comply with federal and State law, IF the child is eligible to be enrolled in public education. (So, if my private school or homeschool child is one of these facilities, I do not have a choice in how they are educated?) By meeting federal AND State law, P3 contracts will be involved. Contracts mean data mining. Data mining means profiling our students and violating their civil right to privacy.
*122C-452, IEPs (Individual Education Plans) are among the tools used to data mine via ‘information sharing’.
(*Note: this won’t simply mean Medicaid funding is used, but Title One, Title 9, and any other applicable funding Title.)

Warriors, from 2012, this document appears to be part of the foundation later built upon in ESSA for not only increased power in schools by the Health and Human Services, but Medicaid Transformation Grants.

Here’s evidence from the Round One States where their Grants were used to combine mental health and other services with education all the way down to the classroom students. (*Note: Not all 50 States have received these Grants yet. Round Two was as recent as 2017.)

From another SAMHSA related document, this national set of mental health benchmarks shows Kaiser Permanente. Why is only this one insurance/health services group mentioned? Why are only 16 States? Kaiser Permanente is very supportive of the overreach into children’s mental health and family wrap around services featured in the Resilience documentary. ESSA also has family wrap around services for mental health under the guise of ‘student success’ and ‘student supports’. You’ll find these in Community Based Schools, 21st Century Community Learning Centers and more.
From Canada (the nation cited as a resource for the US Dept. of HHS uses), comes this Resilience for Early Learners document.
Since SEL is so entrenched with mental health, we need to see how our States are treating any parents when it comes to ‘opting out’. After all, the school based psychological profiling is illegal.

“The Blue Valley School District supports the integration of SEL in its schools.”
“Due to the manner in which the Blue Valley School District has chosen to integrate SEL in the curriculum, parents’ authority and purview in the directing of their child’s education while attending Blue Valley schools is subjugated, at best, to the authority and purview of the Blue Valley School District.”
“Children are not the property of the State, with the State having the authority and purview to “help all students thrive and flourish” per the State’s desires and to the subordination of the parents. Parents of children attending Blue Valley schools, have not consented to nor abdicated their superior authority to him or the Blue Valley School District in directing the education of their child.”
“He and the Blue Valley School District are improperly and erroneously operating in regard to parent authority.”
If you’re interested, Blue Valley School District has a “Virtues” Quiz each 5th grader must take upon exiting school for the year. “Respect, Responsibility, Compassion, Courage, Perseverance, Self-Discipline, and, Honesty.” The District doesn’t say when these virtues are begun, but from the wording, it appears it is very early in their school life. Given as a reference for the ‘social thinking’ Blue Valley virtues are tied to was “Social Thinking’s” website, where SEL is broken down into zones the children must learn. These ‘zones’ are called “Zones of Regulation”.
Closing:
Warriors, if you’re seeing what the agenda is doing to our child’s brains; if you’re seeing what is happening in NC, where laws are being made to support the further cranium bending to conformity; if you are seeing what’s happening in KS, where the parent’s rights are being trampled on, DO SOMETHING! SAY SOMETHING!

Local control needs local protest. Use the local media to help spread your message of truth, if possible. Local protest can also shift that balance from the extreme left position it’s currently in, back toward the center of the American scale of freedoms. Local protest can also lead to national repeal, especially with ESSA.
